Hobart has been suffering under a blast of cold weather from Antarctica over the past couple of days. To get a good view of the city I made my way to the top of Mt Wellington!..bloody cold at 4000ft!

I love this time of year.

All the colour will be gone in the next week or two, so I took my camera and spent the morning snapping around Hobart's parks and gardens. This Photo from Fitzroy Gardens in South Hobart which by coincidence my ancestor designed in the 1840's

A wonderful body of water, just behind the dunes of Wineglass Bay. (previous Post).
Only 10 min walk from the beach but an entirely different world.

A world famous beach in the magnificent Freycinet  National park. Can only be accessed by sea or foot.
